About
We developed the AnimalAssociatedMetagenomeDB to facilitate the selection and download of animal associated metagenomes deposited in public repositories (SRA and MG-RAST). AnimalAssociatedMetagenomeDB (Release 1.0) contains standardized metadata of 10,885 animals metagenome samples. The Quick Search, Advanced Search, and Interactive Map tab allow users to select samples of interest. The download tool allows easy download of raw sequence data from public repositories.
