The contents of the database as well as the LSERD tool functionality are protected by copyright. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, the copyrights are held by the database operator.

Terms of use
The user is granted the non-exclusive, perpetual, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the database free of charge for scientific and private purposes, subject to attribution of the author. Any use for commercial purposes is not permitted.

Liability
The operator assumes no liability or guarantee for the content of the data, in particular with regard to the topicality, correctness and completeness of the data provided. The assertion of claims of any kind is excluded. In particular, liability claims against the operator relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the data or by the use of incorrect or incomplete data are fundamentally excluded, unless there is evidence of wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of the operator.
